Dr Renata Csonka was born in Vasarosnamen, Hungary in 1983. She graduated from the Semmelweis University Faculty of Medicine, in 2010. After graduation, Dr Csonka joined the post graduation programme at the Semmelweis University Department of Forensic and Insurance Medicine.
Her principal interests are drug abuse, drug related death and following up on the increasing “designer drug problem”. Since Dr Csonka started her post gradual programme she is in close collaboration with the Hungarian National Focal Point (NFP), to prepare the annual report about the national drug related death cases for the EMCDDA.
